This auction was listed at 10:11am; just hours after Lee McQueen’s death was reported.
Following this trend five other Alexander McQueen inspired domain names were also listed on online auction site, eBay.com. All of the below domain names were created on the 11th, 12th or 13th of February, just days after the international designer’s death.

HausOfAlexanderMcQueen.com has the starting bid of US $9,000.00
Rememberingalexandermcqueen.com has the starting bid of US $5,000.00
AlexanderMcQueenMemorial.com has the starting bid of US $5,000.00
There is mixed feedback for the seller of InMemoryOfAlexanderMcQueen.com, boxer1727, via eBay. One eBay member said “Hi. Personally, I think this is a very good idea and I hope you get what you are asking for it. Good for you and good luck!” many others were far more critical. boxer1727 has the domain name up for auction at one million dollars, although is willing to accept the best offer.
Theses auctions are yet to receive any bids.
