Victoria’s Secret a luxury brand known for their beautiful models and a large range of women’s lingerie, women’s apparel and beauty products has won another domain name dispute.
Victoria’s Secret believed that the website www.victoriassecretpromotion.com was clearly similar to their trademark and had been registered in foul play to redirect Victoria’s Secret customers to www.victoriassecretpromotion.com.
www.victoriassecretpromotion.com was registered on February 19th 2009 and the site does not load at this present time.
Due to www.victoriassecretpromotion.com not submitting a response the domain is to be transferred to Victoria’s Secret.
This has happened previously with the domain name www.victoriassecretgift.com which was created on January 14th, 2009 and the domain name www.victoriasecretangelcard.com, created in 2005.
