Accessing the API via a Secure Connection

Our API can only be accessed using a secure (HTTPS) connection. Using a secure connection encrypts data to prevent third-parties from viewing your activites or gaining access to your account. A secure connection is generally not significantly slower than an unsecured connection and is supported by all modern programming languages.

We also recommend making all queries using the POST method, as this method will help hide details from third-parties that may be monitoring your browsing activities.
